Job summary

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas during school days as directed.
• Follow schedule with flexibility for principal or custodian direction.
• Work when students are not in class or as assigned by supervisors.
• Keep buildings and premises neat and safe; ensure proper safety standards.
• Perform basic repairs within capability and report major issues.
• Close the building daily and secure doors/windows; ensure lights are off.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for activities.
• Operate cleaning equipment (buffers, vacuums, etc.) as required.
• Adhere to local laws for trash disposal and waste handling.
• Follow written and verbal work orders from supervisors.
