Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and inspect custodial staff and schedules.
• Cooperate with the principal on facility use.
• Ensure health precautions for safety of students and staff.
• Secure gates and buildings after use; follow safety procedures.
• Maintain HVAC and lighting systems and control energy usage.
• Perform minor maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Carry out custodial duties and general upkeep.
