Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cleaning or maintenance desirable.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, restrooms and offices to district standards.
• Sweep, mop, wax floors, dust, and remove trash as part of daily routines.
• Replace light bulbs and assist with basic maintenance tasks as directed.
• Set up and arrange chairs, tables and equipment for meetings and events.
• Assist with snow removal and applying ice melting agents as needed.
• Receive deliveries, move supplies to classrooms and store appropriately.
