Enviro Clean, Inc. is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support Westwood Community School District in Dearborn Heights, MI. This is a 1st shift, year‑round, full‑time direct hire role with a wage of $22.80 per hour.

The candidate will perform general building maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and outdoor tasks, using hand and power tools. A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and related trades.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and improve school facilities.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC as needed.
• Perform roof, ceiling, lighting, and drywall tasks and routine housekeeping duties.
