Job summary

Enviro Clean, Inc. is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support Novi Community Schools. This hands-on role maintains and improves school buildings both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safe and welcoming spaces for students and staff.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. The position is full-time, 1st shift, year-round, with paid holidays and time off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related skilled trades.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Able to safely operate hand and power tools and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Climbing ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Lawn care and snow removal as needed.
• Ceiling tile and light fixture replacement.
• Basic painting and drywall repair.
• HVAC system upkeep including filter changes and motor maintenance.
• General equipment maintenance and repair.
• Routine housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks.
