Job summary

Some experience in custodial work is required, along with a valid driver’s license from the State of North Carolina. The position involves medium physical demand and entails ensuring cleanliness and safety in school environments.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean various surfaces.
• Replenish restroom supplies and clean restrooms.
• Clean windows, walls, and other school facilities.
• Prepare requisition forms for necessary cleaning supplies.
• Open and secure buildings at start and end of workday.

Skills

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning materials

Ability to follow instructions

Ability to perform medium physical work

General knowledge of standard methods and materials employed in janitorial work

Education

Some experience in custodial work
