Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors, hallways, stairways and classrooms.
• Cleans restrooms and fixtures; maintains cleanliness of school facilities.
• Operates heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
• Loads, unloads and distributes supplies and equipment.
• Replaces bulbs and performs basic repairs to doors, windows and fixtures.
• Mows lawns and maintains grounds; trims hedges and shrubs if needed.
