Job summary

The Hawaii State Department of Education is seeking School Custodian II positions at the Lahaina location to maintain clean and safe school facilities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training may be described in the application.
• Janitorial or related custodial work experience is acceptable.
• Grounds maintenance and general laboring experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, clean classrooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and woodwork.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and landscape tasks.
• Load and transport cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform simple repairs to doors, windows, and fixtures.
