Job summary

American Leadership Academy in Sierra Vista is seeking a dependable Custodian for the 2026-2027 school year. You will clean floors, restrooms, windows and common areas on our campus, and support event setup as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance card required.
• Preferred: prior custodial/industrial housekeeper experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean and stock restrooms.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, equipment.
• Apply insecticides and fumigants as needed to prevent pests.
• Set up and remove tables, chairs and equipment for events.
• Monitor security and safety; lock doors after hours.
• Help conserve energy by turning off unused lights and equipment.
