Ivywood Classical Academy seeks a proactive Community & Family Engagement Coordinator to lead family engagement initiatives, plan events, and strengthen school-community partnerships. You will collaborate with school leadership to welcome families, coordinate tours, and foster a vibrant school culture rooted in virtue and service.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or coursework in communications, marketing, business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the family engagement program across the school year.
• Plan and coordinate family engagement opportunities and onboarding.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities and recognize volunteer contributions.
• Support enrollment events, tours, and prospective family visits.
• Maintain positive relationships with families and school leadership.
