Elior Independent School Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen at Madison Ridgeland Academy. The role involves food preparation, quality and portion control, and creative presentation. You will ensure proper storage, follow safe handling practices, and contribute to a team focused on delivering quality meals.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-focused kitchen.
• Working knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience required.
