Job summary

SSC Services for Education, a member of Compass Group, is hiring janitorial staff in Prescott Valley, AZ. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with flexible days and hours (7:00 am–3:30 pm, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm).

The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for training and growth and a comprehensive benefits package. Typical duties include cleaning floors and surfaces, waste disposal, sanitizing areas, moving and arranging furniture for cleaning, and complying with safety

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties including floors, rugs, walls and rubbish disposal.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places them back correctly.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows and furniture to maintain a clean environment.
• Completes tasks as assigned and follows safety guidelines.
