Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• One year of prior similar work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned area, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and stairways.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors; remove debris in designated areas.
• Empty trash and maintain recycling in all areas.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment.
• Notify lead cleaner or manager about repairs or improvements.
• Establish and maintain good communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Polish wood, stainless steel, and other surfaces; dust desks, tables, and fixtures.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning.
