Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas such as classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices and stairs.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris; handle spills and maintain floors in designated areas.
• Regularly empty trash and manage recycling.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to protect floors and fixtures.
• Communicate with lead cleaner or manager about repairs or building needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces; dust and wipe furniture and fixtures.
