GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian for a full-time 1st shift at Lakeview Community Schools in Lakeview, MI. Schedule is Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, from 6:30am to 3:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay is $15.50 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

You’ll join a team focused on reliable maintenance, consistent attendance, and respectful collaboration with school staff and students while adhering to GRBS standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Are you 18 years or older with valid ID and the traits listed above.
• Ability to work in a school environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain school facilities including restrooms, hallways, and classrooms.
• Mop floors, dust surfaces, remove trash, and restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to GRBS processes and maintain mindful communication with staff.
• Finish tasks according to building map and nightly shift requirements.
