GRBS is hiring a 1st shift custodian for Byron Center Public Schools, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, 40 hours per week. You will help keep classrooms, hallways and restrooms clean and safe, contributing to a positive school environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual and able to follow GRBS processes. You must be 18+ with valid ID; background restrictions apply for Michigan public schools. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, daily pay, health insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Background check per Michigan public schools policy.
• Availability Monday-Friday with 7:00am-3:30pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS processes and standards.
• Communicate respectfully with all team members.
• Clean and prepare the building according to the map and shift requirements.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and perform other cleaning tasks as assigned.
