GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian for a full-time 1st shift at Wayland Union Schools in Wayland, MI. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. The candidate should be at least 18 with valid ID and demonstrate leadership and reliability.

Responsibilities include following GRBS processes, maintaining building cleanliness, and consistent attendance. Benefits and growth opportunities are available with the GRBS team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Background check per Michigan public schools requirements: no theft, violence or drug-related history.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
