Job summary

Austin Community College is seeking a Dean of School Culture who will foster a safe and equitable learning environment by managing behaviors and supporting students. This role requires building strong relationships with students and staff and analyzing behavioral data for continuous improvement.

The candidate will lead initiatives for a positive school culture, mentor staff on best practices, and ensure safety protocols are in place within the school. This is a full-time, 12-month position offering a competitive salary between $100,000 to $110,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of teaching experience and/or education leadership.
• Experience in designing and managing systems for school culture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects.

• Provide direct intervention and mentorship to students.
