School Crossing Guards work shifts before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar.

About the Position

All City Management Services is currently hiring multiple School Crossing Guards throughout McLean to help support student safety. Crossing Guards play an important role in helping children safely travel to and from school while serving as a positive presence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditions
• Remain attentive and alert throughout assigned shifts
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers
