All City Management Services is hiring School Crossing Guards to support student safety across Johnson County. This part-time role covers school days only, with hours before and after school to help children cross streets safely.

Earn $17.00-$19.00 per hour, with some locations offering bonus time for extra shifts. Training and safety equipment are provided, and you will join a community-focused team dedicated to safe school transport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Candidates living near the assigned school area may be best positioned for timely arrival to scheduled shifts.

Hours: Monday–Friday, school days only (Before and After School Hours)
Pay: Johnson County School Crossing Guards earn $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, with many areas offering bonus time for each shift worked. Before and after school shifts are available. Pay rate and hours vary by location

About the Position
