Join Our Team as a School Crossing Guard!

Help keep our community’s children safe on their way to and from school. We’re looking for responsible, safety-minded individuals to serve as School Crossing Guards.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure the safe crossing of school children at designated locations.
• Promote traffic safety and maintain visibility during assigned shifts.
• Follow all safety protocols and communicate courteously with children, parents, and motorists.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum age: 18
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must pass required background clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI)

Schedule:

• Part-time, M-F during, before, and after school hours
• Two short shifts per school day (approximately 1.5 hours each, morning and afternoon)
