Sylvania is seeking a qualified Guidance Counselor in Michigan to coordinate M STEP testing and student assessments while ensuring compliance with the Michigan Merit Curriculum.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate in Guidance and Counseling, strong interpersonal skills, and a dedication to student success. Responsibilities include evaluating student transcripts, advising on course selections, and creating effective behavioral intervention strategies based on data.
This role offers a salary per the EA Contract and follows the school calendar with additional compensated days as needed.
