The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Counseling (or equivalent), Florida Guidance certification or eligibility, and experience counseling at high school or college levels, with a strong commitment to confidentiality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling from a regionally accredited institution.
• 18 graduate hours in Counseling.
• Florida Certification in Guidance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist students with scheduling and academic planning.
• Coordinate testing and academic support services across the college.
• Liaise with the student services department to ensure a comprehensive program.
• Communicate with high school staff and students to align advisement.
