Job summary

IEP Therapy, a member of the Point Quest Group, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver student-centered therapy in Indianapolis. You will develop treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document progress to track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have Indiana COTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in OT from an accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background check and TB clearance as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to establish goals and accommodations.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments of student needs.
