Alpine School District is seeking a Construction Supervisor to coordinate district-wide construction and remodeling projects. You will lead site planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication to ensure facilities meet district needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, or related field, 5+ years in construction project management, knowledge of codes and procurement, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management (K-12 or public sector preferred).
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and public procurement processes.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and renovation projects for district facilities
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and school leadership
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Solicit and review bids, assist with contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Communicate project status to district leadership and stakeholders
• Address and resolve project-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular progress reports
