Qualificações

• Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Eligibility for a New York State Motor Vehicle Operator’s license.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle for field work.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and assist in community-oriented programs.
• Provide small-group tutoring for at-risk students.
• Administer testing programs for the school.
• Act as a teacher-parent liaison.
• Maintain logs of home visits and parent outreach activities.

Good knowledge of elementary school-level subject matter

Good knowledge of current reading instructional resources

Good knowledge of the community and community resources

Ability to plan and carry out meetings

Ability to communicate effectively

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree

Associate’s degree + 2 years experience

High school diploma + 4 years experience
