Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C., Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an established nationwide presence. We are seeking reliable staff for an evening cleaning role at a school site in Minnesota, working 8:00pm to 1:00am Sunday through Thursday.

Training and a supportive team environment are provided. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to pass a background check; lifting up to 30 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collecting and disposing of trash from bins.
• Restrooms: cleaning, sanitizing and restocking supplies.
• Surface cleaning: dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

This is for a complex role cleaning a portion of a school during the evenings. Highschool students and faculty will be around while cleaning is performed.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
