Job summary

The role involves developing a Chapel program, pastoral care, worship planning, and leadership across Lower to Upper Schools. A Master’s degree in Divinity or related field is required, with preference for ministry experience and episcopal affiliations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Divinity, Religious Studies, or related field required.
• Experience designing and leading worship services.
• Previous ministry experience preferred.
• No teaching license required.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to contribute to the school community.
• Willingness to assist with school community activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop an inclusive Chapel program for the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools.
• Collaborate with school administration to provide pastoral care and counseling for the community.
• Plan and oversee major school worship services and liturgical events.
• Support school events with opening prayers and pastoral presence as requested.
• Promote and encourage the spiritual well-being of the community.
• Oversee school's community service and outreach programs.
• Lead Bible study for students and families across all divisions.
• Oversee annual Chaplaincy budget and allocate resources strategically.
• Teach classes as assigned by the Head of School and Division Heads.
