PediaStaff is hiring a School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Medford, OR, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is full-time, on-site, with 37.5 hours per week, Aug 27, 2026 – Jun 12, 2027.

Responsibilities include delivering school-based OT services under OT supervision, aligning with IEP goals, and collecting progress data, with strong collaboration with teachers and families. Oregon COTA license or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon COTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with students across Pre-K through high school.
