Responsibilities

• Oversee events and functions including food ordering and quality standards.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness and cost control; train staff in cooking methods.
• Organize on site and off site events and maintain schedules.
• Submit required paperwork, reports and labor schedules in a timely manner.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report repairs as needed.
