Job summary

Rockford Public School District 205 is seeking a Breakfast/Lunch Aide to assist in the cafeterias and other areas of the building. You will supervise students, assist them during meals, and ensure a safe environment.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate core values such as Character and Collaboration, and be bilingual if required. This is a non-benefits-eligible position with a work calendar of 9 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of bathrooms, hallways, cafeteria and commons.
• Accompany individual students to other areas of the building or grounds.
• Assist with student safety.
• Assist students through the cafeteria lines where needed.
• Assist with clean up of cafeteria after meal periods.
