Chartwells K12 is hiring immediately for full time and part time food service worker positions at Grangeville, ID. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Location: Grangeville SD - 714 Jefferson.

Prepares, presents and serves food; performs prep work, washes fruits and vegetables, measures ingredients, and follows safety standards. Associates enjoy training opportunities and a path for growth within Chartwells K12.

Qualifications

Prior food service experience is required.

Responsibilities

Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, temperatures and portion control.
Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
