Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned breakfast and lunch meals following recipes and nutrition requirements.
• Serve attractive, well-presented, portion-controlled items in a friendly manner.
• Follow sanitation and food safety practices per the school nutrition program.
• Attend required sanitation training and safety refresher courses every three years.
• Perform duties in cashiering, baking, dishroom, inventory, and kitchen maintenance as assigned.
