The 10-month school year position involves stocking, cleaning, cashier duties, meal eligibility processing, and assisting others as needed. Starting date is immediate; part-time, $15.80 per hour, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Criminal background clearance required or obtainable.
• Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Stock food, condiments and supplies.
• Clean utensils, equipment, storage and food serving areas.
• Perform cashier duties, including collecting payments and prepayments.
• Maintain student charges and alert staff of alternate meals for eligibility under NSLP.
• Prepare documentation (production sheets, daily reports, inventory logs, etc.).
• Oversee processing of student accounts and recognize reimbursable meals for NSLP eligibility.
• Reconcile transactions.
• Serve one or more items of food.
• Maintain confidentiality of lunch eligibility.
• Assist with marketing activities and events as needed.
• Assist other personnel as required.
