Job summary

The Nutrition Group is seeking a team member for a local school cafeteria in Pennsylvania. You will assist with cooking, food preparation, portioning, and serving in a fast-paced school environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitation per USDA/state guidelines, HACCP compliance, and helping monitor costs and inventory. Monday–Friday daylight hours with no evenings or weekends; reliable transportation and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the position.
• Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and food preparation.
• Portioning and serving.
• Cleaning—dishes, tables, sweeping and mopping.
• Sanitation in accordance with USDA and state guidelines.
• HAACP and health department regulation compliance.
• Assisting to monitor costs and inventory controls.
