Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, and peeling.
• Safely uses knives and other utensil tools.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and similar equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses various cooking methods.
• Garnishes and portions food per guidelines.
• Stores food according to safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests.
