• Performs cashiering duties and general food service work.

• Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds fruits and vegetables as part of prep work.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely to and from stations and stores foods properly.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and handles transactions.
