Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior large-scale cooking/food prep/serving experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money and measurements; understands units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality food preparation.
• Assist with daily cleaning of kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Set up and break down serving lines (salad bar, hot food lines, ala carte).
• Operate cash register, ovens, heating units, etc.
• Counts money, makes change, completes all related reports as necessary.
