• Background check and clearance as required by Kentucky law.
• Any combination equivalent to a high school diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or progress toward obtaining a G.E.D. as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist bus driver in maintaining discipline on the school bus.
• Document student information and complete route surveys.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and seating per guidelines.
• Ensure seat belts, harnesses, and wheelchair clamps are secured.
• Coordinate seating for pre-kindergarten students per state guidelines.
• Communicate with teachers, aides, principals, and parents as appropriate.
• Attend in-service training as assigned.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
