Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Must be able to report for work on time and perform duties.
• Must establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate with the public.
• Must have good judgment for job tasks.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing; valid driver's license.
• TBI/FBI/DCS background check.
• CPR and First aid training.

Aufgaben

• Assist students in boarding and exiting school buses.
• Ensure students are properly secured in seatbelts/harnesses and wheelchairs if available.
• Report medical problems to the bus driver.
• Monitor and control student behavior on the bus.
• Maintain discipline and safety on the bus.
• Learn the bus route and inform substitutes about the route and students.
• Assist in emergency evacuations if needed.
• Maintain student report sheets and submit on time.
• Attend required trainings and in-services.
