First Student in Spring Hill is hiring a Part Time School Bus Monitor/Aide to assist the bus driver and ensure a safe, calm ride for students.

No experience is required; we provide safety and training. You will help students board and exit, assist those with special needs, keep them seated, and communicate with the driver. The position offers a flexible split-shift schedule and a starting hourly rate of $14.50.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible split shifts (AM/PM).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Friendly, reliable and patient with children.

Responsibilities

As a Part Time School Bus Monitor, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students. You will assist the bus driver in providing an excellent and safe journey for students to and from school.
