Job summary

First Student, Inc. seeks a Part-Time School Bus Driver in West Seneca, NY to start students' days with morning pickups and transport them home in the afternoon. No prior experience is required as expert training will be provided to help you become a safe, professional driver.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $26.78 to $30.89 per hour, with a $7,500-$10,000 sign-on bonus based on experience, plus benefits and a 4-hour minimum daily guarantee.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.

• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
