Starting at $19.83/hr post-licensing, licensing fees are paid, an immediate $250 permit bonus, and fully paid training at $15.00/hr while CDL coaching. Signing bonuses of $4,000 for current CDL with endorsements or $2,000 for new entrants. Time sovereignty: no nights or weekends; Beacon Mobility family.
