Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma from GaDOE-approved institution; experience as a bus driver.
• Must possess Georgia Commercial Driver’s License with school bus endorsement.
• Georgia State certification as school bus Instructor/Trainer required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behind-the-wheel training for new bus drivers and retraining for current drivers.
• Coordinate and schedule driver training dates and times.
• Maintain training records and attendance tracking.
• Complete daily and monthly operations reports including mileage and routes.
• Perform general office duties and drive a bus when needed.
