Job summary

Guilderland Central School District is seeking candidates for Bus Driver Trainees. You will join a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you to become a school bus driver and obtain your CDL. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a path to a permanent bus driving position with the district.

Selected trainees will undergo required screenings including fingerprinting and drug testing, with opportunities for career growth and development within the Transportation Department.

Qualifications

• Current CDL B permit with Passenger, School Bus and Air Brakes Endorsements
• Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Must be able to pass NYDMV fingerprint screen and DOT drug screen or 19-A Physical

Responsibilities
