The position reports to the Director of Transportation and includes training for CDL endorsements. Candidates must meet minimum qualifications and pass the end-of-training requirements to obtain the permit and endorsements

Qualificações

• High School Diploma.
• Missouri Class B CDL with Passenger & School Bus endorsements.
• Physical exam required.

Responsabilidades

• Transport and/or supervise students over specified routes according to an established time schedule.
• Teach, monitor, and supervise safe bus practices to ensure student safety.
• Know, understand, and implement safety accommodations for students with disabilities (IEP, Section 504, etc.).
• Properly supervise all bus operations, including oversight of Bus Aides.
• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Drive safely and professionally.
• Enforce the student discipline code.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
