Job summary

Student Transportation Of America in New Hampshire is seeking safe, reliable school bus drivers to operate established routes for Keene and Peterborough terminals. You will transport students to and from school, adhere to bus stop safety standards, and perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

We require 21+ years old, a minimum of 3 years driving history with a clean record in the past 3 years, ability to obtain a CDL, and pass pre-employment background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable driving history.
• Clean driving record within the last 24–36 months.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL.
• Pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus route - picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops on the route.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Conduct post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Clean bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.
• As requested or desired to take field trips, activity trips and charter runs to transport students and other passengers to and from their destinations.
