Job summary

Reliant Student Transport, LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Charter Driver to transport students to and from after-school and extracurricular activities. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain a safe, orderly bus environment, and communicate with students, parents, and school officials to ensure smooth operations.

You will follow all traffic laws and company policies while pursuing a CDL with P and S endorsements (paid training).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (paid training provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from after school and extracurricular activities.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school officials.
