Child Development Schools is seeking a Bus Driver in Wilson, North Carolina. This role involves safely transporting students to and from school and activities, while supporting classrooms alongside the Lead Teacher to foster curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.

You will be a trusted partner to families and a positive role model within a collaborative teaching team focused on making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain safety and licensing requirements.
• Strong observation and communication with Lead Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for Before and After School programs.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with attendance and daily classroom documentation.
• Maintain a safe bus environment.
