Job summary

Marshall Public Schools is seeking a Student Driver to accompany and supervise students riding to and from school. The role requires a Class B CDL with School bus endorsement and a focus on safety and orderly conduct onboard.

The driver will follow routes, perform pre- and post-trip checks, and ensure students are transported to authorized stops, while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must obey traffic laws and safety regulations for school buses.
• Ability to supervise children and maintain order on the bus.
• Ability to conduct daily safety checks of the bus.

Responsibilities

• Obey traffic laws and Department of Public Safety regulations.
• Ensure safety of children and monitor behavior on the bus.
• Perform daily bus safety checks and cleaning tasks.
• Report damages and accidents to appropriate personnel.
• Follow assigned schedule and authorized bus stops.
